What are the stages of building a new home in Brisbane?
Five stages, and each one has a fixed set of steps behind it. We visit your block and give you a concept plan and an estimate. You sign a preliminary agreement and we produce working drawings. You go through your inclusions and selections. We issue a tender contract priced on those selections. Then we build, and you get handover on a date we committed to.
Behind those five stages sit 47 detailed systems and around 500 individual tasks. That is not a slogan. It is the reason your build does not depend on somebody remembering something.
How long does it take from signing to handover?
