But you don’t have to worry. We’ve built a myriad of homes over the years. And we’ve boiled the process down into a system of questionnaires and checklists that we follow to the letter (much like a pilot follows a flight checklist). Centrally located on our Online Building Management Portal (that you will get access to), these systems ensure we understand your vision and bring it to life in the exact home you want – on time, within budget, and without stress.

Take These Five Simple Steps To Your Dream Home
Step One: Enquiry
We understand how intimidating it can be to get in touch for the first time. So let me tell you what happens. Firstly, you with an experienced designer builder who will take time to understand your initial ideas, provide free advice and tips, and answer any questions you have including about prices (that’s right, we don’t hide our prices). If agreeable, we will conduct a Site Assessment and detailed Design Brief that helps you clarify and refine design ideas that will work best with your land. But don’t worry, this is just a starting point – nothing is set in stone. Taking this time to understand your needs and preferences ensures we can deliver the exact home you want. Naturally, if you already have architectural plans, we can double check them for you and provide a building price.
Step Two: PLANNING
The planning stage is where your vision starts to come to life. We take the information from the Design Brief and create a detailed Concept Plan (including preliminary drawings) so you can get a clearer picture of your dream home. We continue to help you refine this plan to ensure you are excited about every aspect. Then we provide an Estimate Proposal to help you finalise your budget and finance. And when you are ready, you secure a building timeframe with a preliminary agreement.
Step THREE: PRE-CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE
This is where we finalise your vision and organise everything ready for building including working drawings, engineering, council approvals, soil tests, and energy efficiency reports. While we’re preparing these things in the background, you will make your final selections including cabinetry, appliances, tapware, and colours. It’s easy and fun with our guidance. And we can even arrange extra help from an interior designer and colour consultant to ensure everything matches your vision perfectly.
Step FOUR: BUILDING
This is where we take things from paper to the real world starting with your foundation, frame, roof, and fit out. Our meticulous tradespeople and detailed systems ensure everything runs smoothly and your home is just right. You can follow the progress daily with your own login to our Building Management Portal, so you always know what’s happening. And if you ever have questions, you can submit them through the portal for fast answers.
Step FIVE: HANDOVER
This is when your house becomes your home. We will walk you through every aspect to ensure you love it. And we will also arrange an independent inspection to triple check nothing has been missed. You'll receive a Client Handbook with instructions on how everything in the house works and the best ways to maintain it. Plus, we provide 6 months support to fine tune any issues that may arise after you move in.
