We are based at North Lakes and we build across north Brisbane and the Moreton Bay region. That includes [CONFIRM: North Lakes, Narangba, Newport, Rothwell, Kippa Ring, Samford Valley, Banksia Beach, Dayboro and whichever others Jay will take on]. Being local matters more than it sounds, because it means a supervisor can be on your job the same morning something needs a decision.
How do you know whether a builder is worth trusting?
Four things separate the good ones, and you can check all four before you sign.
- Systems. Ask what happens on your job when the person running it is away. If the answer lives in one person’s head, that is your risk.
- Communication. Ask how often you will hear from them, in writing, without having to chase.
- Financial stability. Ask how many homes they run at once. A builder taking on everything is a builder whose cash flow can become your problem.
- Integrity. Ask what happens when something goes wrong, because on every build something does. You want the ones who tell you early.
