Many people don’t realise the pre-construction phase is as involved, if not more, than the actual construction of a project.
To give you some background, I’ve been in the construction industry for over 15 years, and over that time, worked in both commercial and residential projects, spending most of my time in the residential side of things.
We’ve constructed many beautiful homes from a knock-down rebuild, house raised renovation, major renovation, or a custom new home.
We put our heart and soul into every project and look to give every client an enjoyable building experience.

It is really important to get the details and selections right from the start so you don’t end up with a budget blowout or the project that runs away over time due to inefficiencies, which could have been helped by paying more attention in the early stages of a project.
